About these terms
These terms apply to use of the Mitra Medical Services (MMS), Ireland, website. Contact us at info@mms.ie with questions. They describe website use and initial enquiries; they do not constitute a contract for recruitment, care, training, consultancy, wellness or medical treatment.
Any service booking requires separately agreed details, including the provider, scope, availability, fees, cancellation arrangements and relevant responsibilities. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking, employment offer or obligation to purchase.
Website information and enquiries
Service descriptions provide general information. Availability, locations, programme content, eligibility and prices must be confirmed individually. Images illustrate the services and may be generated; they do not identify actual staff, clients, facilities or confirmed partners.
We aim to keep information accurate and may correct or update it. If a detail is important to your decision, ask us to confirm it before relying on it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access.
The form prepares a draft message for WhatsApp. You control whether to continue to that platform and send it. Do not include confidential medical records or identity documents. See our Privacy Notice for how information is handled.
Understanding the services
- Recruitment and nursing consultancy: enquiries and guidance do not guarantee a vacancy, employment, professional registration, immigration permission or a particular candidate. Decisions remain with the relevant employer, regulator or authority.
- Home care: the appropriate scope, assessment, local availability and care arrangements must be agreed before support begins.
- Training: dates, entry requirements, fees and any certificate, awarding body or accreditation must be confirmed for the specific course.
- Medical and wellness travel: MMS enquiries and coordination do not replace clinical assessment or treatment by the responsible provider. Confirm suitability, credentials, costs, travel arrangements, insurance and aftercare before booking. No treatment or wellness outcome is guaranteed.
- Corporate wellness: the programme, delivery responsibilities, participant arrangements and any clinical element require a separate agreement.
Medical advice and emergencies
The website is not a diagnostic, treatment or emergency service. Seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about individual health decisions. In an emergency in Ireland, call 112 or 999. Do not use website enquiries or WhatsApp for urgent care.
Using the website responsibly
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use enquiry channels for harassment, impersonation or unsolicited marketing. Only share information you are entitled to provide.
Website content, branding and images are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view and use information for personal enquiries or internal business evaluation. Reproduction for commercial redistribution requires the rights holder’s permission, except where the law permits it.
External services and links
Links and embedded services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and social platforms, are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not itself establish endorsement or a partnership. Vercel and Cloudflare may support website hosting, delivery and security; see our Privacy Notice for the relevant data information.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these website terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Ireland’s Consumer Rights Act 2022. Any statutory cancellation rights or required pre-contract information relevant to a service must be addressed when that service is offered.
Nothing excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of responsibility for MMS services or override a separately agreed service contract.
Irish law and resolving concerns
These website terms are governed by Irish law. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or court rights that apply in your country of habitual residence. Any jurisdiction arrangements remain subject to those rights.
If you have a concern, email info@mms.ie with enough detail for us to review it. Irish consumers can also find independent information from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms to reflect changes to the site or applicable requirements. The revision date appears above. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing service contract; any change to such a contract must follow its terms and applicable law.
